Hello friends, welcome to the 13th edition of TheHustleBook. Today I want to share about Fueler Gems. The folks I have been vouching throughout my journey.

I’m writing this edition after 4 months now, I was occupied with some medical emergencies and work at Fueler. Not to mention, the grind is always there. Especially, if you are a startup founder building for quite sometime and now preparing to monetize and become cashflow positive — you can well relate to this - Well, that’s a story for some other day

Coming back to this edition

One of the hardest decisions for me has been letting go of some of the best folks we have in our Fueler community to work with other companies or startups

I am super proud of them. It’s just I’m selfish sometimes

I have always wanted these folks to be in a great place doing ambitious things and getting fair compensation for their efforts

All I wish sometimes is to bring them onboard on our team and build Fueler into something that will help millions of knowledge workers around the world

But, today is not the day — sometimes sure in the next 2 years

I will always keep vouching for my people irrespective of the situation.

Their trust and faith in Fueler have been always invaluable to me.

I’m just so impressed by their dedication towards creating great work, their Fueler portfolio just speaks for the same

Even though Fueler Portfolio is one of the criteria, knowing them personally has helped me greatly understand what potential they have got

Not just hard skills, my conviction also comes from their soft skill which at times cannot be quantified.

Discovering such gems from the Fueler community is one of the best things inside Fueler platform
